How much does an event cost?

Each event is unique and different. It all depends on what you want. To give you our best estimate, we require additional information about your function in order to customize a quote. Please fill out the above to request a quote.


How many seats does the event space accommodate?

The event center can accommodate 150 seated chairs..  We have round tables that can accommodate between 8 to 10 chairs. We also provide rectangular tables that can fit 8 to 10 chairs.


What is your pricing structure?

We have a rental and catering pricing. Our rental pricing includes floor length white linens, round and rectangular tables, chavari Chairs , Silverware, plates, glasses and matching napkins. Our catering pricing is based on different packages customized to your needs.


What is your payment policy?

Rental and other fees may be paid in cash, check or credit card. A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time the facility is booked and the rental contract is signed. We require a valid credit card number to be used as a security deposit against damages or overtime charges, regardless of the final payment method. Your final attendance must be specified no later than 10 days prior to your event. If a guarantee is not given on the date, the original number on the contract will automatically become the guarantee.


What is your cancellation policy?

Clients requesting to cancel a booked event will lose their security deposit. The cancellation should be requested 30 days prior to the event date or the client will be responsible for the full payment.


Food & Beverage policy?

Due to license restriction, all food and beverage items must be supplied and prepared by Trigo. Birthday, Showers and Wedding cakes may be provided by a third party. We will be happy to provide you with a list of wines to complement your meal selections.
